If I didn’t love my husband as much as I do, I would get married again just to work with them again. If you’re looking to hire a wedding day coordinator or need wedding day rentals, do not hesitate to contact Luna y Sol! They are truly the best company I met with for our wedding day coordinator. We were not even thinking of getting rentals after talking with other vendors the prices were just insane and since the venue did offer most of the essentials, although after talking with Claire she informed me they offer rentals and flower services as well.
I told her what my vision was and she sent me curated outline with my exact vision and a price quote, I was so happy and exited to see it come to life! When we met for our rehearsal I was just in awe of how they ran everything and knew every detail already down to the seconds. On our wedding day I literally had all the trust in them that they would get everything done and it would be a beautiful day, they did not disappoint.
Everything was beautiful and exactly how I visioned it, I had no idea if anything went wrong because they took care of everything literally everything and at the end of night they made sure to send all are stuff with our family to make sure it gets back to us!! * for instance we thought we lost our vows but they were sent with our “ secure” person and were given to us in the morning!! Whew!!

They have gorgeous rental options, thought of *every* detail and helped me make every aspect of the day unique and special.
They also took away a lot of the overwhelm by helping with timelines & staying organized leading up to the big day! It was such a joy to work with them & I highly recommend them to everyone who is planning a wedding! :)

We had never heard of a “day of coordinator” before our wedding. Initially we wondered if we needed one because we were planning a small and short, backyard wedding with less than 25 family members. Luna y Sol delivered that and more! They made our vision an absolute reality.
In the weeks leading up to our big day, they got to know every last detail of our dream wedding, our vendors, decor, schedule, details, design, hopes, and dreams. They studied our timeline and helped us re-work it so that we could maximize our time spent with our guests. They helped set up and run our rehearsal dinner for us which was a big load off of us the day before our wedding! On the day of the wedding every detail was accounted for.
We’ll never forget walking down the aisle and seeing our backyard for the first time with of everything set up! We loved walking around and seeing all of the sweet touches Luna y Sol curated with our decorations and some of their own. Chris did the most beautiful calligraphy for our place cards and favors sign! Our parents and families were able to help us get ready without the stress and burden of setting up and running the show, too. We look back on our wedding with the happiest and sweetest of memories because everything was coordinated so well.
We absolutely needed and valued our day of coordination even for a small backyard wedding. We strongly recommended collaborating with Luna y Sol to make sure all of the hard work you have put into planning your wedding pays off with the most perfect day.

Luna y Sol was amazing. Everything they did the day before and the day of the wedding was beautiful
from the decorations to the timeline of keeping everything flowing smoothly. Their expertise on table arrangements to flowers was what my daughter wanted and got.
